About Distance: Closing the Gaps Between Hearts
In the bubble soccer match, some laughed while knocking down opponents, and others struggled to get back up with their bubble suits. From “awkwardness” to “uncontrollable laughter,” we realized that this kind of “collision” wasn’t about competition but about building rapport. Every burst of laughter brought us closer to each other.
About Companionship: A Barbecue Without Winners or Losers
Around the barbecue grill, the coals burned brightly. Some diligently flipped the food, others handed out napkins, while some “supervised” the grilling process. There were no complaints or impatience—just everyone enjoying a break from work, cherishing the moment.
This simple togetherness made us understand that outside of work, we all contribute to this team in our own ways, quietly yet steadfastly.
About Trust: Behind Every Arrow That Hits the Target
During archery, some were full of confidence, while others laughed and said, “This is so hard.” Yet, amidst the jokes and encouragement, we all felt reassured to be ourselves. Maybe the arrow didn’t hit the bullseye, but hearing a “You got this!” from behind was the most precious kind of trust.
We know that teamwork isn’t about perfection; it’s about supporting each other and appreciating every effort.
About Coordination: Silent Cooperation and Laughter
In the live-action CS game, tactical communication turned into a glance or a gesture. Simple signals like “cover me” or “charge” naturally brought us into sync. We relied on and trusted each other, and this kind of coordination didn’t require many words.
Looking back at our “comrades” on the battlefield, at that moment, we became each other’s strength.
About Letting Go: No Need to Try Too Hard
During the final moments of leisure, some focused on stacking Mahjong tiles, while others sat on the ground, chatting casually. No one was trying to “prove themselves,” and no one was eager to “be perfect.” We simply relaxed and enjoyed the lighter side of life.
We discovered that we didn’t need to try too hard. A true team is one that feels naturally comfortable and doesn’t require deliberate maintenance.
Conclusion: Our Strength Comes From These “Invisible” Moments
This day wasn’t remarkable because of the activities but because we rediscovered the laughter, companionship, and trust buried under the busyness. These connections are invisible yet undeniably real, making us more cohesive and steadfast as we move forward together.
Life is full of pressures, but it’s also filled with moments worth cherishing. Until the next team-building event—let’s continue walking this journey together!
